You see the whole book before you order and confirm it before we print. Once approved we print exactly that, so please read the captions.
If the book arrives damaged, misbound or printed differently from the proof, tell us within fourteen days and we reprint it at no cost. Because each book is made for one person, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
We flag any photograph that will print soft before you order. If you choose to print it anyway, that is fine — but it is not a fault we can reprint for.
You confirm the photographs are yours to print. We claim no rights over them beyond printing your book.
The page designs, artwork and typefaces remain ours. You are buying a book made with them, not the designs.
